BCP is delighted to announce that our BCP investment conference 'Outlook April 2017' will take place at lunchtime on Tuesday 25th April in the Maryborough Hotel, Cork and on Wednesday 26th April in the Aviva Stadium, Dublin.
We have an exciting new lineup of speakers which will include international Rugby Referee, Nigel Owens, and Joan Henry, Head of Research at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Our two guest speakers will be joined by BCP speakers Adrian Missen who will provide an update on BCP products and the wider investment market, and Ray Crowley, who was recently appointed as Head of Institutional Real Estate at BCP, and will update attendees on our recent and planned property activities.
Didier Imbert is a Managing Director and Head of Cross Asset Sales in the UK & Ireland for Societe Generale, Global Markets division. He has over 20 years industry experience, including positions as head of Structured Alternative Investments at SG Americas in New York from 2003 to 2008, and head of Asset Allocation and member of the executive committee of Lyxor Asset Management from 1999 to 2003. Didier holds a MBA degree in finance from Institut d'Etude Politiques in Paris and a M.Sc. in Mathematics & Physics from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Techniques Avancees.
Nigel Owens is a well-known Welsh international rugby union referee and one of only two referees ever to be appointed to referee two consecutive Heineken Cup finals. Off the pitch, Nigel is an accomplished TV personality, author and public speaker and holds an MBE for services to sport. Nigel will be sharing his experience on overcoming adversity, preparation and personal and professional development .
Joan Henry of BNP has established herself as one of the foremost real estate economists in Ireland and will be sharing her insights on the property market in Ireland including recent market trends, performance and rental outlook and current supply/demand dynamics. Her areas of expertise include the analysis of key commercial property market data, the identification of trends in the context of global and local economic developments and the analysis of the impact that both economic and property market developments have and could have on rents, returns and yields, assisting clients to make well researched and informed investment decisions.
CPD will be available to all attendees and a light lunch will also be offered at both venues. Parking is available at both venues. Please arrive early to avoid any delay securing parking.
